Planner · seats, minutes, leaning
Tell the planner who is playing and for how long.
The planner ranks the five games for one evening. It checks three things in order: whether your group fills the sides, which mode fits the time, and whether the game leans towards aim or towards plans.
Rules
How the ranking works
Seats
A group that fills a side exactly gets full marks: five for CS2, Valorant, Dota 2 and League, two or three for Rocket League. Smaller groups queue with strangers, which loses a point. Six to ten players can split into two sides in a custom lobby; every game supports private matches, and Rocket League's stop at 4v4.
Time
The planner picks the longest mode that fits the window. Thirty minutes allows Rocket League, Valorant Swiftplay or Team Deathmatch, CS2 Deathmatch or Wingman, and League's ARAM. Dota 2 Turbo averages 25.5 minutes, so it fits half an hour only when the match runs short. One hour fits a full match in every game; Dota 2 All Pick averages 40.1 minutes.
Leaning
Aim duels favour games with 4 or 5 points on aim and control: CS2, Valorant and Rocket League. Plans and roles favour 4 or 5 points on talking load: Dota 2, CS2, Valorant and League. Ties go to the game that leans furthest your way; with no preference, short evenings favour the most flexible game and two-hour evenings the deepest one.
